This year we decided to make some delicious sweets for family. Because I am a HUGE fan of thin mints and most things mint chocolate it seemed only natural that I make a Mint Chocolate Fudge recipe! Let me just tell you, it’s amazing! It’s taking all of my self control to leave it there. While the mint component of the recipe is mine the fudge recipe comes from the marshmallow fluff jar with a few changes.
Mint Chocolate Fudge Recipe
What you will need:
- 2 1/2 Cups Sugar
- 4 tbsp Margarine or butter
- 1 Small Can (5oz) Evaporated Milk
- 1 jar 7 1/2 oz Marshmallow Fluff
- 3/4 tsp Salt
- 3/4 tsp Vanilla
- 1 package of Andes Mint chocolates 10 oz and 1/4 cup of chocolate chips.
- Candy Thermometer
Turn the heat to Medium.
